After your order has shipped, please allow approximately 4–6 business days for delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, and the shipping carrier.
Holiday seasons, severe weather, customs processing, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Full Circle Caps is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped.
Once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Please contact USPS or your local postal carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance locating your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Full Circle Caps is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for all reshipping fees.
Tariffs, Customs Fees, and Shipping Delays
Any customs fees, tariffs, import taxes, or international duties are the responsibility of the customer.
